Our Story Unfolds
From the Beginning
The sun sea sand adventure began 27 years ago. It all started with a beautiful love story of the parents of Giovanni and Ricardo. Ashley and Kathleen met on the beautiful island of Dominica (Commonwealth). Soon after they met they got married and decided to set sail on the charming island of Sint-Maarten.
While the brothers grew up and saw their parents managing stylish villas, the brothers soon realized that one day this would be their dream career.
After graduating from high school, the two brother’s paths separated, travelling abroad with the urge to discover the world. Both bothers graduated and obtained a master’s degree in International Business, but the childhood dream was their upmost calling, and the only way to achieve it was to be reunited again.
From a dream to a reality, after a couple of years being in France studying and working, Giovanni came back to Sint-Maarten to develop the rental villa activity. Since then, the brothers work hand in hand to provide excellent customer service to its regular and new guests worldwide.
